Brinkmann to head Dow's German subsidiary

Ralf Brinkmann took over as CEO of Dow Deutschland (Stade / Germany; www.dow.com) on 1 March. He replaces Markus Wildi, who has been appointed vice president of corporate development in Kuwait – see Plasteurope.com of 24.09.2009.
Brinkmann, who has served in a number of positions within the US-based group’s European operations, will continue as commercial vice president for Basic Chemicals and Performance Products & Systems in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
