In a move to strengthen customer service in the UK, Ireland and Europe, Teknor Apex UK (Oldbury, West Midlands / UK; www.teknorapex.com) has announced several changes in its management structure. The reshuffle comes in response to growing sales in polyamide and PET engineering thermoplastic (ETP) compounds, traditionally produced in Oldbury, as well as thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), whose production in Oldbury began in 2008.
Two newcomers to the company, Neil Croucher and Barry Galpin, have received promotions. Whereas Croucher has been named new ETP sales director UK and Ireland, Galpin will serve as TPE sales director UK, Ireland and continental Europe.

Expanding her existing realm of responsibility in the field of ETP products, Carla Adlam has been promoted to export sales manager for ETP and TPE outside the UK and Ireland, placed in charge of overseeing the company’s distribution network and key accounts in Europe. Neil Moore has been named TPE development technician to aide in the development of new products and oversee their production and sampling process.
