Harakal appointed president and CEO of Armacell

Mark Harakal has been appointed chief executive officer and president of Armacell (Münster / Germany; www.armacell.de). He succeeds Ulrich Weimer, who took over responsibility for the company, then known as Armstrong Insulation Products, in 1983. Weimer, who is stepping down at the end of 2008, will continue to support the Armacell management as a shareholder and senior adviser.
