As a result of the consistent expansion of EPS specialist Hirsch Servo (Glanegg / Austria; www.hirsch-gruppe.com), the members of the board of management have been faced with an ever-increasing amount of work, which is why they decided to recruit Kuno Waidmann (57) to join them as of 1 August 2007. Waidmann will be responsible for marketing and will also look after special projects. His previous position of "Prokurist" (authorised signatory) will be taken over by Siegfried Wilding (42), currently head of the Insulating Materials Division. At the same time, the company announced that long-time member of the board, Peter Grabuschnig (53), who holds responsibility for Technology, would not be extending his period of office on the board, which expires in November 2008.
