New board members at HT Troplast
Following the company´s acquisition by private equity groups Carlyle and Advent International, a new supervisory board has been constituted at HT Troplast (D-53839 Troisdorf; www.ht-troplast.com), with Heiner Rutt (Carlyle) as chairman. Gerhard Sommerer, formerly managing board chairman of Roto Frank, has been named to head the HT managing board. Hans Herpoel, who previously served on the Deceuninck, is the new chief operating officer. The third managing board member is Detlef Fahlbusch, formerly head of human resources at HT subsidiary Profine.
