Hirsch Servo with new board and interim CEO
Hirsch Servo group (A-9555 Glanegg; www.hirsch-gruppe.com) has a new supervisory board and a new interim CEO. An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in October this year appointed Christian Grave, Werner Kraus, Heinz G. Paar und Georg Gorton, along with company founder Kurt Hirsch, to the supervisory board. Hirsch also was tapped to serve as interim CEO up to the end of 2004. His declared goal is “a substantial increase in value.”
