AlliedSignal Plastics (Grauwmeer 1, B-3001 Heverlee) strengthens its leadership in the companies´ manufacturing facility in Rudolstadt, Germany (AlliedSignal Polymers GmbH, D-07407 Rudolstadt). The latest key staff appointments include George Mori, who has taken up the post of Director Manufacturing for Europe. Most recently he was the Germany based General Manager of EFC Gotha, a division of Avery Dennison Materials (Pasadena, California / USA). In this new post Mori reports directly to Paul Conroy, AlliedSignal Plastics´ General Manager for Europe. Additionally, Dr. Rolf Egbert Grutzner has been appointed to the position of AlliedSignal Technology leader for Europe. Grutzner joins the company from Rudolstadt-based TITK (D-07407 Rudolstadt), where he was the deputy head of plastics research. According to the companies´ press release this team strengthening is in line with the strategic plan to improve customer support, extend its reach into the European marketplace and increase its competitiveness.
