Acquisition of KraussMaffei is completed
Canadian financial investor Onex (Toronto; www.onex.com) has completed its acquisition of KraussMaffei (Munich / Germany; www.krauss-maffei.com) for EUR 568m. The deal was announced originally in September 2012 – see Plasteurope.com of 27.09.2012.
At the same time as the announcement, the German machinery group implemented a planned reorganised sales structure in North and Latin America as part of its strategy to bring the marketing activities of its entire machinery portfolio under one roof – see Plasteurope.com of 05.10.2012.
