In addition to a synthesis plant, the company operates 10,000 m² of production lines for nanotube dispersions, which are used in vehicle batteries to improve their charging properties and longevity. Ocsial also plans to offer nanotube concentrates as additives for high-performance polymers at the site. The nanotubes produced in Serbia are to be supplied to customers worldwide.
The Luxembourg-based company employs 250 people worldwide, and 200 more jobs are to be created at the new plant in Serbia. The company did not provide any information on turnover.
