Moroccan subsidiary divested
Nordenia International (Greven / Germany, www.nordenia.com) reports that it has sold its 83.4% stake in Nordenia Morocco Casablanca for an undisclosed amount to the Massinissa Maroc and Massinissa Lux investment funds managed by Almamed. Nordenia’s CEO Ralph Landwehr says the group has decided to focus on its core business, adding that in the future it aims to purchase all shares in companies it acquires.

Nordenia Morocco Casablanca manufactures packaging film, technical films and printed plastic bags. Its products are used in packaging for cosmetics, hygiene products, cleaning agents and food. The company has 50 employees, while the Nordenia group has a global workforce of 3,000.
