NISSEI ASB
Two stage reheat blow-moulding plant / Special concept for hot-filled bottles
The Japanese Nissei ASB Machine Co Ltd (European HQ: Nissei ASB GmbH, Mündelheimer Weg 58, D-40472 Düsseldorf), who developed and marketed the "PF system", a series of new single-stage stretch blow injection-moulding machines is now introducing "NB-20" a twin-stage reheat blow-moulding machine on the market. This machine can be combined with their injection moulding machine "PM-45" for manufacture of the preforms. Their "HS-45", a reheat blow-moulding machine especially designed for the manufacture of PET bottles for hot filling may also be used in the same way. The "HS-45" may also be used with the automatic preform injection moulding machine "PM-45" which, according to Nissei, has a capacity of 2000 preforms per hour.
