Acquisition of K.D. Feddersen Norden's DSM business complete
US plastic resins distributor Nexeo Solutions (The Woodlands, Texas; www.nexeosolutions.com) has completed the acquisition of DSM product inventory from K.D. Feddersen Norden (Värnamo / Sweden; www.kdfeddersen.se) – see Plasteurope.com of 09.03.2017 – and begun serving customers in the Nordic region. Part of the deal with K.D. Feddersen (Hamburg / Germany) is that Nexeo Solutions will fulfil current orders for DSM products not shipped by K.D. Feddersen Norden, effective immediately. Customers should directly contact Nexeo Solutions at its Stenungsund / Sweden office.
