Chemicals and plastics distributor Nexeo Solutions (The Woodlands, Texas / USA; http://nexeosolutions.com) has signed an agreement to form a joint venture with engineering plastics and raw materials supplier Beijing PlasChem Trading (Beijing / China; www.plaschem.com.cn). The business will employ over 150 people in China and will operate through thirty locations across the majority of the country’s provinces. The jv will offer distribution capabilities in chemicals, plastics and composites.
