MORETTO
Sales and service network partnerships in Latvia, Russia and Belarus
Moretto (Massanzago / Italy; www.moretto.com) has expanded its activities in eastern Europe. In mid-2009, the manufacturer of peripherals for injection moulding machines established sales and service network partnerships with Sia Instro (Riga / Latvia), Polytechnika (Nizhny Novgorod / Russia) and Ergotechnika (Minsk / Belarus).

The expanded geographic activities follow the July 2009 inauguration of Moretto Deutschland to cover the German, Austrian and Swiss markets and to service the east European market in the medium-term as well.

Moretto CEO and president Renato Moretto said the company had invested with good reason, “as Russia, the Republic of Belarus and the Baltic states require clean, cost-effective and reliable high-tech processing equipment to be able to manufacture high quality plastics products in their own countries.”
