Spanish pipe manufacturer announce a change of address / Capacity expansion again

Seeking more space, Spanish pipe manufacturer Molecor (Getafe; www.molecor.com) has moved its headquarters within the Spanish capital of Madrid. Previously at home in Fuenlabrada, the company is now located in Getafe. A little more than a year ago the company announced it was moving to a larger production site to increase capacity – see Plasteurope.com of 30.05.2013.
According to a spokeswoman who talked with Plasteurope.com, the growth over the last twelve months has meant the number of employees has increased by about 20 to reach 71. Not only has the piping specialist added manpower, but it has also increased production targets by increasing capacity. The company is planning to commission shortly its fifth extrusion line bumping capacity up an additional 6,000 bringing overall output to 20,000 t of plastic pipes per year.
