Canada-based Mold-Masters (Europe: Baden-Baden / Germany; www.moldmasters.com), the global market leader in hot runners, has opened a new sales and service branch in Barcelona / Spain. The company previously had used an agency to serve the local market. Mold-Masters said its decision stemmed from the increasing importance of the Spanish market for the global hot runner business. The move would grant both local and foreign clients with Spanish offices full access to the company’s entire product and services portfolio.

The new branch falls under the umbrella of the European headquarters in Baden-Baden, which will directly support it, Mold-Masters said.
