Distribution companies Meraxis (Muri, Switzerland; www.meraxis-group.com) and ClickPlastics (Bensheim, Germany; www.clickplastics.de) have entered a cooperation for digital distribution. From now on, ClickPlastics polymers are also available on Meraxis’ online customer portal, according to the Swiss company.

The integration of ClickPlastics’ offering, which includes engineering and standard thermoplastics, primarily from Asian manufacturers, strengthens Meraxis’ own portfolio, according to Meraxis CEO Stefan Girschik. The cooperation will initially focus on selected markets in Southeastern Europe as well as Austria, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. The partners are also evaluating opportunities for the sale of biopolymers.
