Joint venture established with packaging reconditioning specialist Janus Vaten
Industrial packaging company Mauser Group (Brühl / Germany; www.mausergroup.com) and its subsidiary National Container Group (NCG; www.ncg-europe.com) have entered a joint venture agreement with industrial packaging reconditioning specialist Janus Vaten (Oosterhout / The Netherlands; www.janusvaten.nl). In addition to establishing the jv – National Container Group (NCG) France North – Mauser will sell 49% of shares in NCG France to Janus Vaten.
Mauser said that through the cooperation it will be better able to serve its customers in Belgium and northern France, while NCG France will benefit from the experience of Janus Vaten. NCG France will continue IBC washing, re-bottling and laundry services as well as HDPE recycling services. The two companies previously cooperated in the Benelux market through the creation of NCG Benelux – see Plasteurope.com of 23.02.2007.
