MAUSER
New IBC line operating in The Netherlands / Capable of producing entire group portfolio
Amid rising regional demand for intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), Germany’s Mauser Group (Brühl; www.mausergroup.com) has started up a new IBC line at its Mauser Benelux subsidiary in Oosterhout / The Netherlands. Output of the new line, which first started up in September 2011 and is to be ramped up successively over the next few months, not only raises Mauser’s global IBC output, it also allows the group to better serve its Benelux customers.

The Oosterhout addition includes a complete IBC line, equipped with new multilayer blow moulding machinery, allowing Mauser Benelux to produce the group’s entire portfolio. The subsidiary also turns out open-top drums, L-ring drums, hospital waste drums as well as small plastic packaging earmarked for the Benelux markets.
