LISTGROVE
International recruitment specialist asked to help Saudi manufacturer find new business manager / Testifies to Middle East's rising interest in outside skills
For the third year in a row, international recruitment and human resources consultants Listgrove (Stratford upon Avon / UK; www.listgrove.com) has participated in “Arabplast” (www.arabplast.info), held in Dubai / UAE in January 2013, and this year, too, was able to aid a number of regional companies looking to hire international experts. During the fair, the consultants were approached by Saudi resin manufacturer Ingenia Polymers (Jubail; www.ingeniapolymers.com) to help find a new regional business development manager, to complement the company’s new manufacturing plant in Jubail.
Listgrove said the experience it has gathered in the Middle East in the past, shows that the region is now increasingly focused on downstream production, a field where investment is booming. According to Listgrove International managing director Ryan Kirby, “The region recognises the benefit of outside skills and experience in all areas of plastic and packaging production, in terms of staff, equipment and consultancy services.”
