Luvoprint launches product line for fused granulate fabrication 3D printing

German compounder and distributor Lehmann & Voss (LuV, Hamburg; www.lehvoss.com) has announced plans to introduce a high-performance-materials product line designed for the fused granulate fabrication (FGF) 3D-printing process, which uses granules instead of filaments or powders.

The company also announced that its booth at JEC World 2025 will highlight both the new Luvoprint 3D-printing materials and its range of flame-protection solutions.

The Luvoprint portfolio range of materials include eco PC/ABS, known for its dimensional stability and processability; eco PA 6, with high impact resistance, abrasion, and wear resistance; eco PPS, offering flame retardancy and chemical resistance; and PESU, also known for its flame retardancy, the company said.

Established in Hamburg in 1894, the Lehvoss Group has production facilities in Europe, the US, and Asia. With 648 employees, the group reported a total revenue of EUR 465 mn in 2023.
