Krahn Chemie to distribute High Performance Elastomers portfolio in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia
The High Performance Elatomers unit of German speciality chemicals producer Lanxess (Cologne; www.lanxess.com) has transferred its distribution business in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia to German distributor Krahn Chemie (Hamburg; www.krahn.de/en). The agreement includes the unit’s portfolio of CR, EVM, NBR and HNBR technical rubber products.
Key end users for the range in question include applications in the automotive, mechanical engineering, construction, as well as E&E industries, among others. Lanxess said the high-performance elastomers are also used as modifiers for plastics and adhesives raw materials.
