Germany’s Kraiburg TPE (Waldkraiburg; www.kraiburg-tpe.com) has strengthened its activities in the Finnish market following a recent agreement with Bang & Bonsomer (Helsinki, Finland; www.bangbonsomer.com), a distributor of a wide range of industrial raw materials and additives. According to the thermoplastics elastomer producer, the Finnish specialist in marketing plastic materials is to support Kraiburg’s firmly established sales team in the country. The two companies have cooperation deals in other countries such as the Ukraine and Russia.

Kraiburg TPE has been in Finland for some time supplying the consumer and medical markets as well as the industrial and electrical engineering sectors with its compounds. The company added that the country is important to its strategy due to its reputation as a provider of premier products to a variety of segments as well as for utilising cutting-edge technology to produce the various items sold to markets worldwide.

Bang & Bonsomer Group is a privately owned company founded in 1927. Sales in 2012 were around EUR 146m and the company employed more than 200 people.
