Thermoplastics elastomer manufacturer Kraiburg TPE (Waldkraiburg / Germany; www.kraiburg-tpe.com) has announced an expansion of its direct sales and marketing activities into central and south America, following an introduction this month of a new Spanish version of its website. The move comes on the heels of the company’s introduction of a standard Mandarin version of the site in March this year.

Aside from the new Spanish website, Kraiburg also says it has improved its logistics services and shipping with respect to the Latin American market. Overall, the German group says, these changes will allow it to serve its central and south American customers faster and at the same time provide more reliable service deliveries from its production site in Duluth, Georgia / USA. Says Jeff Frankish, Kraiburg's managing director for the Americas: “We are now able to offer Latin American companies our speciality TPE compounds which conform to the same high quality standards as available throughout Europe, Asia and the USA.”
