Krahn Chemie (Hamburg / Germany; www.krahn.de/en) is to distribute styrene butadiene styrene (SBS), styrene ethylene butadiene styrene (SEBS) and styrene isoprene styrene (SIS) for Chinese petrochemicals producer Sinopec (Beijing / China; www.sinopec.com) in Europe. Suijun Yang, manager for chemicals at Sinopec subsidiary Sinopec Europa Handels GmbH, said Krahn Chemie was selected as a distribution partner thanks to its extensive market access and technical abilities.
Krahn Chemie also said it will also take over the distribution of other commodities from Sinopec in the coming months.
