Acquisition of Stewart Plastics in the UK / Combined gardening and catering portfolios
The Israeli resin consumer products supplier Keter Group (Herzliya; www.keter.com) has agreed to acquire Stewart Plastics (Banbury / UK; www.stewartcompany.co.uk). Stewart is a supplier of products for the home-gardening sector, as well as for the commercial kitchens, food retail and hospitality sectors. Both businesses will continue to be managed by their current leadership teams.

The Keter Group operates 18 production plants and two distribution centres in nine countries, and sells to over 100 countries around the world, with annual sales totalling more than EUR 1 bn.
