Swiss family-owned mould manufacturer Kebo (Neuhausen; www.kebo.com) has partnered with Swiss Precision Industries (Singapore; www.swissprecision-ind.com) to service and support customers in China, Singapore and Thailand. All mould production remains in Switzerland to guarantee quality standards, but service will be offered on a local basis to provide a faster response, said Kebo.

Kebo’s primary aim is to grow its presence in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors where customers have high demands and expectations. Gerold Keller, Kebo’s CEO, said: “The primary objective is to offer our global operating customers local support, wherever they decide to manufacture. The secondary goal is to attract new business development in these important markets.”

This latest agreement concludes Kebo’s plans to provide global service support. A similar deal was made in March with US Dollins Tool (Independence, Missouri; www.dollins.com).
