Speciality film producer Infiana (Forchheim / Germany; www.infiana.com) has appointed Chairat Teekhasaenee as the new general manager of its Thai subsidiary. Before joining Infiana, Teekhasaenee oversaw the Southeast Asia business of packaging and plastics specialist Signode Systems. His career also included stints at Klöckner Pentaplast and Henkel.

Asia is an important end market for Infiana. The company has continued to grow its presence in the region since first setting up the production and finishing site in Samutsakorn / Thailand in 2011. The German speciality film producer operates three production sites, located at headquarters, Samutsakorn and Malvern / USA. Its 800 employees posted sales of EUR 205m in 2015.
