Speciality chemicals company Ineos Styrolution (Frankfurt, Germany; www.ineos-styrolution.com) has expanded its Novodur range with an ABS grade optimised for extrusion applications. Novodur E3TZ is suitable for a wide range of products, which include sanitary applications and suitcases, according to the company. Since it meets FDA regulations for food contact, it can also be used for food trays or refrigerator linings.
According to Ineos Styrolution, the Novodur family is characterised by high flowability and impact strength, chemical resistance, and high gloss.
