ICT Coatings N.V. (E3-Laan 21, B-9800 Deinze) develops and markets special hard protective coatings for glass and plastic surfaces, for example PC, PMMA and PS. The protective coats are scratch-resistant, have water-repellent properties, chemical resistance, anti-fogging properties and good transparency. The application techniques used are flow coating, dipping, spin-coating and spraying. The ICT-AGR anti-graffiti hard coating prevents wetting of the surface by all kinds of liquids. Even spray paints and marker pens do not stick. Possible fields of application include the walls of shower booths, plastic windows and exhibition furnishings. The anti-fog coating of ICT-AF2 prevents condensation on the surface and guarantees a high level of transparency even under extremely humid and damp conditions. The product can be applied to plastic and glass surfaces. The plastic becomes less sensitive to scratching and cleaning is made easier. Typical applications include visors and protective goggles in the optical segment and machine windows or instrument glass in the machine and automotive industries.
