Equipment manufacturer Technoplast acquired
Industrial holding company High Tech Industries (HTI, Neudörfl / Austria; www.hti-ag.at) is acquiring Technoplast (Michelsdorf / Austria; www.technoplast.at ). The deal includes affiliate company Austrotool (Ottsdorf / Austria) and sales offices in the US, Russia, China and Turkey. Technoplast is a leading producer of tooling systems, downstream lines and turnkey plants for the extrusion of window profiles. The company has around 200 employees and generated sales of approximately EUR 21m in the first nine months of the 2007/08 financial year, ending 30 June.
