Hungarian subsidiaries merge
At the beginning of the year, EPS specialist Hirsch Servo (Glanegg / Austria; www.hirsch-gruppe.com) merged its subsidiary Hirsch Porozell (Jászfényszaru / Hungary) with Kurt Hirsch, which is based in Sárvár / Hungary. The new company is operating under the name Hirsch Porozell. The merger will eliminate the impact of exchange rate fluctuations that affected Hirsch Porozell when it reported in forints.
