Composites specialist Gurit (Wattwil, Switzerland; www.gurit.com) has sold its PET recycling plant in Italy as previously announced. The site in Carmignano di Brenta was acquired by recycling company Aliplast (Ospedaletto d’Istrana, Italy; www.aliplastspa.com), a subsidiary of the Hera Group (Bologna, Italy; www.gruppohera.it). The purchase price was not disclosed.
