Masterbatch specialist Granula (Rodolstadt / Germany and Merenschwand / Switzerland; www.granula.eu) has expanded its bio-based “Granula” product range with its "all colour concept" comprising more than 20 colour and special effect pigments. All masterbatches meet the requirements of the European standard EN 13432 for compostable packaging.

The company's concept enables end-customers to get their products certified according to DIN Certco or OK Compost. As a possible end-product application, Granula will present injection-moulded biodegradable colour coffee capsules at the 2018 "Fakuma" trade fair in Friedrichshafen / Germany.
