Masterbatch and plastics compounds producer Grafe Group (Blankenhain / Germany; www.grafe.com) has strengthened its presence in southern Europe with the appointment of two new customer support staff in Italy and Spain. In the former country, Ivan Iarossi will be working from Bergamo to offer care and technical support to existing customers, while also gaining new clientele. Having joined Grafe in June 2015, his focus will be on technically innovative applications in injection moulding and extrusion.

In Barcelona / Spain, Constanti Ruiz Daura will be offering technical support for existing Grafe customers from both the Spanish and Portuguese automobile industry. Daura first joined the German group in August 2014, and has been actively supporting its Spanish customers since February this year. Like Iarossi, he will also focus on technically demanding injection moulding and extrusion applications.

Grafe said that in addition to Poland, southern Europe is one of the most important regions for its Color Batch, Additive Batch and Polymer Technik business units.
