Masterbatch specialist expands warehouse space at Austrian headquarters

Masterbatch specialist Gabriel-Chemie (Gumpoldskirchen; www.gabriel-chemie.com) has expanded storage capacity at its headquarters in Lower Austria. The company has invested around EUR 7 mn in the expansion of its existing racking warehouse by about 3,200 m².

The extension, which serves as a central warehouse for the entire group of companies, offers an additional 5,000 pallet spaces. According to Gabriel-Chemie, the increased capacity should shorten delivery times for standard products.
Gabriel-Chemie has branches in Germany, UK, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, and Russia, and employs around 600 people.
