After twelve years at Forbo (Baar / Switzerland; www.forbo.com), executive vice president Flooring Systems Matthias P. Huenerwadel has decided to take up a new challenge outside the group. He will remain with the company until the end of 2017, and will be succeeded by Jean-Michel Wins, who is currently executive vice president Movement Systems. Wins, a Belgian citizen, is 50 years of age and has headed the Movement Systems Division since the beginning of 2013. He will take up this new role from January 2018.

To enable Wins' movement to the new role, the board of directors has appointed Marc Richard Deimling as executive vice president Movement Systems and member of the executive board, effective from January 2018. Deimling, a German national, is 46 years of age and has been the CEO and chairman of the management board at Turnkey Manufacturing Solutions (TMS, Linz / Austria; www.tms-at.com) since 2008.
