Chi Mei: European ABS distribution

In Plasteurope.com 09, 2004 we reported on plans by Taiwan´s Chi Mei (Tainan City / Taiwan; www.chimei.com.tw) to expand production of ABS. The Taiwanese materials were introduced into Europe in 1988 by A. Westensee und Partner GmbH (D-21423 Winsen / Luhe; www.awp-rohstoffe.de) and continue to be marketed by this resins trader and compounder. Chi Mei products also are distributed by Biesterfeld Plastic GmbH (D-20095 Hamburg; www.biesterfeld-plastic.com).
