The four companies of Fritz Nauer AG (CH-8633 Wolfhausen), Reisgies Schaumstoffe GmbH (Dieselstr. 7, D-51381 Leverkusen), Frina Mousse France S.a.r.L. (F-68272 Wittenheim Cedex) and Swisstex Inc. (P.O. Box 9258, Greenville S.C. 29604, USA) are each highly specialised in their own particular field on the polyurethane foam and latex product market. Their product ranges and technologies complement each other in an ideal manner, with virtually no overlaps. The companies have been owned by the Swiss Conzetta-Holding for several years already and have been closely cooperating on development, production and marketing. This cooperation is now to be further intensified and documented for all to see through the creation of a joint umbrella brand name. Since September, all four companies have been appearing on the market under the joint name of FoamPartner (www.foampartner.com). They represent joint external sales of some CHF 120m, with a payroll of around 400 worldwide.

The FoamPartner Group claims to be “acknowledged throughout the market as an expert in the field of speciality foams produced from polyurethane and latex and a driving force behind further developments in both products and technology.” The company focuses on products for industrial applications (e.g. filtration), for the comfort and health sectors (e.g. mattresses and overlays), for the automobile (e.g. acoustics) and also for household and craft applications (e.g. special sponges).
