Patrick Koller appointed CEO / Delabrière remains board chairman

Automotive OEM Faurecia (Nanterre / France; www.faurecia.com) has split control of the two key positions in the company among two managers. Come 1 July, Yann Delabrière, who to date had served as both CEO and board chairman, will remain in charge only of the latter. Current COO Patrick Koller was appointed new CEO by the company board.
Koller, who first took on the post of COO in early February, has been executive vice president of Faurecia’s automotive seats business since 2006. His career also included management stints at Rhodia, Hella, Valeo and VDO.
