This year’s International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing “Plastpol” will be held in Kielce / Poland from 26-29 May. About 750 exhibitors from more than 30 different countries are expected to showcase their products on more than 30,000 m2, organiser Targi Kielce (www.targikielce.pl) said, adding that visitor numbers are anticipated to be about 18,000. If these figures are reached, that would constitute an increase over last year’s fair, which spanned 25,000 m2 and was expected to draw about 17,000 attendees (see Plasteurope.com of 07.02.2014).
The three-day event – dubbed the leading plastics fair in central and eastern Europe – will focus on the latest trends and developments in plastics technology. About 500 machines will be displayed, as will tools and moulds. Products showcased will come from a range of sectors, including industry, packaging as well as recycling.
The fair will also include a range of conferences and seminars, and for the sixth time running also the “Omniplast” competition among exhibitors, winners of which can secure free exhibition space for Plastpol 2016.
