Ahead of this year’s “Plast Eurasia” industry fair (www.plasteurasia.com), held in Istanbul / Turkey from 4-7 December, event co-organiser Pagev (Istanbul; www.pagev.org.tr) – the Turkish plastics association – is hosting a one-day conference on “Automotive Plastics”. Held on 3 December, the conference will bring together representatives from the automotive and plastics industries as well as academia, business leaders and investors.

The day after, the fair – a leading event in the Eurasian plastics scene – will open its doors. Organised by Tüyap Fairs and Exhibitions (Istanbul; www.tuyap.com.tr), last year’s edition drew close to 1,100 exhibitors from 40 different countries as well as more than 40,000 visitors (for details, see Plasteurope.com of 24.01.2014).
