In the year after a “K” exhibition, MSV (www.bvv.cz), the biggest machinery show in central and eastern Europe, traditionally places its spotlight on plastics. This year´s event, which will be held from 3 to 7 October 2005 in Brno / Czech Republic, will also focus on rubber and chemicals. At the last MSV, the 238 plastics exhibitors welcomed 18,000 visitors. The full schedule of plastics fairs in Europe this year will be complicated by the fact that the MSV coincides exactly with the British “Interplas” in Birmingham (4 to 6 October), which had brought its original date forward so as not to clash with “Fakuma”, held from 18 to 22 October in Friedrichshafen / Germany.
