ExxonMobil Chemical (Houston, Texas / USA; www.exxonmobilchemical.com) has extended its distribution contracts with German distributor Biesterfeld Plastic (Hamburg / Germany, www.biesterfeld-plastic.com) for “Santoprene” TPV and “Exxtral” PP compounds. The distribution agreement for Santoprene, which already covers most European countries, has been expanded to include Italy and Poland. Biesterfeld Plastic’s joint venture Biesterfeld Polybass (Milan / Italy; www.biesterfeldpolybass.com) has been appointed as the official distributor for Italy following the extension of distribution agreements to Benelux and the UK last year.

In an agreement covering Germany, Austria and Central Europe, the Hamburg company will also distribute ExxonMobil’s Exxtral PP compounds for the automotive and appliances industries.
