EPDA annual meeting in France set for 11-13 May / Sessions on circularity, CO2 reduction

The European association of semi-finished plastics goods distributors EPDA (Salisbury, UK; www.epda.com) plans to hold its annual meeting in Nice, France, this year from 11-13 May. The event is open to distributors and manufacturers of semi-finished plastics products.
Lari Hahtonen, president of EPDA, is scheduled to deliver the opening address on 12 May, which will be followed by sessions on creating adaptable organisations, circularity of plastics in Europe, and designs for sustainability. On 13 May, a meeting for the approval of 2019 finances and annual meeting minutes is to be held by Hahtonen, followed by a panel discussion on carbon footprint and CO2 reduction, and a session on sustainability and circular economy. A keynote panel sessions, Paving the way to circularity of plastics in Europe, is being delivered by guest speaker Alexandre Dangis, MD of European plastics converters’ association, EuPC (Brussels; www.plasticsconverters.eu).

Members include owners, executives, and directors of European manufacturers and distributors in the semi-finished plastics goods sector.
