BPF webinar on chemical recycling / Sessions on life cycle assessments, closed loops for automotive plastics

The British Plastics Federation (BPF, London; www.bpf.co.uk), in collaboration with PlasticsEurope (Brussels / Belgium; www.plasticseurope.org), is hosting a webinar on chemical recycling on 14 September. Titled Chemical Recycling 2021: What does the future hold?, the webinar will detail the European chemical recycling landscape, explore current innovations and delve into the latest on classification, LCAs and legislation. The federation’s Chemical Recycling 2020 webinar attracted 200 attendees from 20 countries.

The event this year is expected to include sessions on collaboration projects currently being undertaken, life cycle assessments, closed loops for plastics in the car sector, sustainability certification for circular and bio supply chains, developments in PS depolymerisation, and chemical recycling of PET.
