Turkish plastics industry foundation Pagev (Istanbul; www.pagev.org) is holding its "Fourth Pagev International Plastic Packaging Technologies Congress" on 24 October 2017 in Istanbul. There will be a focus on packaging used in the consumer goods sector (see Plasteurope.com of 26.07.2017), with representatives from public authorities, international organisations, manufacturers and academia. The congress programme is now out, and includes a session panel on packaging trends as well as talks encompassing topics on food products packaging, machinery, industry 4.0, bioplastics and recyclable films.
