“Plastex Ukraine” attracts more than 2,000 visitors / 85% of exhibitors plan to take part in 2012 fair
More than 2,000 visitors attended this year’s “Plastex Ukraine” (www.plastex.com.ua), held at the Kiev international exhibition grounds from 25-27 October 2011. The three-day event saw 42 exhibitors from 9 different countries – Austria, Germany, India, Italy, China, Latvia, Russia, Taiwan and Ukraine – showcase their wares on 900 m2 of fairgrounds. Among exhibitors, the fair was considered a major success, with more than 85% saying they plan to take part in “Plastex Ukraine 2012”, which will take place in Kiev from 31 October – 2 November 2012.

In terms of visitor profile, more than 90% of attendees were from Ukraine, with just a little more than 8% travelling from abroad to attend the event. Visitor interest was almost evenly split between equipment (49%) and raw materials (45%).
