Expansion of semi-finished range / New market opportunities with polyimide
The Ensinger Group (HQ: Ensinger GmbH & Co, Rudolf-Diesel-Str. 8, D-71154 Nufringen) has acquired Sintimid Hochleistungs-Kunststoffe GmbH (A-4860 Lenzing) from Lenzing AG. With the Sintimid polyimide range, Ensinger, a producer of high-performance semi-finished and finished parts in technical thermoplastics, can enlarge its targeted range of materials. The complete takeover of personnel ensures, adds Ensinger, continuity of the previous customer confidence. At the same time, the worldwide distribution organisation and comprehensive processing and applications know-how of the Ensinger Group forms the basis for the enlargement of Sintimid applications in new markets and sectors.
