Niels Petter Wright resigns as CEO of Norwegian food packaging producer

After 10 years as CEO of packaging group Elopak (Oslo / Norway; www.elopak.com), Niels Petter Wright has decided to resign. Under his leadership, the company became the third-largest composite cartons producer in the European market, after Tetra Pak and SIG, and developed into a full aseptic systems supplier for liquid food packaging. The company's latest turnover was EUR 870m. Until a successor is found, Wright will continue in his position during the transition period.
